With more than 15 years’ executive experience with a focus in developing and managing large-scale technical programs that realize massive improvements in highly competitive manufacturing operations, I have spearheaded long-term client relations and business performance for products in consumer electronics technologies. My proven ability to adapt to a high-pressure and ever-changing business landscape requiring quick thinking and decisive action has been a major factor in my many top performance results while serving as the technical program leader for AT & T. I specialize in new product design, development and high volume manufacturing among major organizational shifts, across global manufacturers. I am consistently referred as a qualified and passionate leader capable of overseeing multiple business development and operations improvement projects while continually collaborating with affected stakeholders to ensure goals are met with the opportunities to exceed them. My diverse experience includes numerous examples of success and competency. For example: • Direct new technology, product introduction and development for flagship account AT & T and secure relationship as a sole-source technology provider. • Act as exclusive partner to lead development and launch of key technology initiatives for DIRECTV, taking products to high volume manufacturing by overseeing development of RF4CE technology-based remote controls and 2-way IR technology into 3 distinct STB vendors of DIRECTV • Direct all hardware and software development for integration of BLE and Quickset for AT & T C71KW wireless android platform remote controls. • Oversee global product line transitions from China to the Philippines in lieu of trade tariffs to reduce overall development costs.
