As a Consultant at EY, I leverage my communication skills and management knowledge to create engaging and impactful connections for various clients across industries. I joined EY in May 2023, following a brief stint as a BA Manager at Tmax Tibero, where I oversaw business analysis and requirements for a sizable expansion initiative. As a member of the Global strategy team, my responsibilities concentrated on expansion efforts, as well as establishing a regional footprint for Tmax in the APAC region. Additionally, I also had the opportunity to gain valuable experience as an Employer Branding Intern at Novelis, where I developed and executed digital marketing campaigns to attract and retain talent. With a master's degree in International Business from Yonsei University and a bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University, I have a strong academic background and a keen interest in the economic and cultural dynamics of the Asia-Pacific region. I speak Korean, English, and Hindi fluently, and I enjoy learning new languages and cultures.
