About Chitvan Garg

I am an experienced Content Developer, English Trainer, and LGBTQ+ Advocate with a multidisciplinary background spanning education, writing, social impact, and communications. Currently, I serve as the Content Manager at Y.R. Gaitonde Centre for AIDS Research and Education (YRG CARE), where I lead content strategy, stakeholder communications, and public engagement on HIV/AIDS awareness and mental health. As the Founder of the Queer Education Initiative Foundation, I design and implement queer-inclusive educational programs and lead partnerships with organizations such as Bain & Company, Daulat Ram College, and Niveda Vidya Mandir. I’ve conducted workshops and training sessions with renowned companies including Disney, Deloitte, BlackRock, and Bain & Company. Over the last three years, I have worked across NGOs and startups as a content writer, social media strategist, and trainer. I am also an author/co-author of over 15 books spanning poetry, fiction, and queer narratives, and have been published in platforms like Deccan Herald and The Candy Magazine. Currently pursuing my degree in English Honors from the University of Delhi, I have consistently ranked top of my class and hold leadership roles in multiple college societies.
