I’m an Operations Manager with 9 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing field mainly focused on Telecommunications, Travel (Australia's National Flag Carrier, Qantas) and Logistics. I have worked on different campaigns for major clients such as Sprint, AT & T, Qantas, Jetstar and CouriersPlease and have been recognized with several achievements during my career.I led 2 pioneer campaigns (Qantas and CouriersPlease) for Stellar and PROBE CX as a Team Leader and Operations Manager focused on process improvements. In this role, I was focused on managing performance, SLAs and KPIs.
