About Chloe Billingsley

I am a graphic designer with a background in art, specifically painting & drawing. In 2023, I graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design & a minor in Community-Based Art Education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I am passionate about integrating color & play into my work to create compelling, energetic designs. My background in traditional art has greatly influenced my approach to design, giving me the advantage of an alternate perspective & a strong eye for aesthetics. Additionally, I believe that empathy is crucial to fully understanding the issue at hand. This allows me to design a meaningful solution that meets my client’s needs. With my attention to detail & ability to quickly grasp new concepts, I continue to grow as a designer.After graduating from UIUC, I have continued working at McKinley Health Center as their full-time graphic designer. I have designed materials including infographics, advertisements, & informational pamphlets. During my time at McKinley, I have grown to be passionate about creating accessible, accurate, & visually appealing materials that successfully educate students.
