I am a library and information science professional with a strong focus on research, data analysis, and fostering inclusive academic environments. A recent MLIS graduate of the University of Washington, my work spans both academic and practical aspects of libraries, archives, and research, with an emphasis on inclusive information practices. My experience includes academic instruction, reference services, archival management, and data organization, where I have worked closely with students, faculty, and researchers to improve access to information and support academic success. I have a proven track record in project management, where I’ve led initiatives such as curating exhibitions, developing research grants, and coordinating large-scale data collection efforts. I also promote collaboration across departments and actively mentor and train students and staff, ensuring professional development and organizational growth. I am passionate about leveraging my skills in data organization, instruction, and research support to create accessible, equitable, and engaging environments.
