About Chloe Brooks
Through my work I aim to contribute to improving health and healthcare globally. At present I am working in digital health - increasingly important for achieving this aim- My experience reaches across research, policy, and the public and private sectors. My PhD research focuses on understanding the role of evidence in health policy, using the case study of mental health agenda-setting in Assam, India. I have also worked for a large donor of international aid in a policy and programmed role working on a variety of health issues. Additionally I enjoy learning about other cultures, and continue to seek out further opportunities; I taught English at the University of Khartoum, Sudan.
