Background

About Chloe Brown

I am a committed, positive worker, whose commitment to professional growth is demonstrated through specialised qualifications in leadership and management, ICT, and furniture making. I hold extensive experience in customer-oriented roles, whether in sales or volunteering at trade shows promoting products and services, an understanding of how to identify client needs and exceed expectations when delivering on those, and a positive track record in building mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders. I have experience with a variety of computer programs and systems, an ability to read and understand technical drawings, and an outstanding aptitude for effective time management and task prioritization. I have a thorough understanding of the importance of product knowledge and professionalism, gathered through time spent as a volunteer promoting the very courses I was studying at various trade shows, as well as the sales and retail roles I have undertaken. I have also had the opportunity to work with various project management systems, which has helped hone my IT skills as well as developed a more comprehensive understanding of the task and people management.
