Regional Business Manager - S4S Team's Northern Region; covering West, North & East Yorkshire, Greater Manchester/Lancashire & the North East. My role involves working closely with, and coordinating our highly trained and experienced team of nurses, as well as building valuable relationships with both our clients and nurses. I am the point of contact for all dental practices in need of locum support and dental nurses exploring locum opportunities in our 'Northern Region'. Having worked as a Dental Nurse for 6+ years, with just under 2 of those working full time as a Locum Dental Nurse for S4S Team, I have a great understanding of the clinical, efficiency, communicative and adaptable requirements of a Locum Dental Nurse, along with an in-depth understanding of the pressures of ensuring the day in a dental practice runs exceptionally well at all times. I sympathise completely when practices are short of staff as I've been in those shoes (or cloggs!)- Being able to help support practices to ensure clinics can go ahead is incredibly rewarding! My clinical experience includes working in Oral Surgery/Orthodontics/Endo./Perio./Cosmetic treatments, some of which included high risk patients/ emergencies or difficult cases in the Oral Maxillofacial department, alongside General NHS. I have also obtained a Dental Radiography qualification with the NEBDN. I absolutely love playing a part in ensuring that practices and clinicians can continue caring for their patients without disruption or difficulty, with the help of our outstanding nurses and ease of booking with S4S Team.
