In all of the communities I have worked in, I strive to ensure that voices feel heard and ideas brought to the table are executed effectively. I am a person that accomplishes and maintains a high level of communication, organization within those partnerships and bonds, yet, also maintains the ability to cultivate and nurture said working relationships. Making your team, co-workers, and business partners feel secure, seen, and heard, while executing company goals, is what I strive to do within my past roles and future endeavors.
