About Chloe Carpenter

Hi, my name’s Chloe and I've spent over 17 years leading and delivering in various change, engagement and communication roles across government, infrastructure, and consultancy. My strengths are communication, embracing change, and rallying people around a common cause, especially in tricky situations. Currently, I’m helping Queensland's biggest hospital and health service (comprised of around 30k interdisciplinary and geographicaly dispersed employees) to understand and measure the culture/wellbeing/employee engagement intersection with operational outcomes, patient safety and satisfaction, and psychosocial risk and hazards. Before this, I was navigating the complex world of corruption prevention within Queensland’s public service; leading change and inclusion teams at the Queensland Police Service and played several roles in delivering mega projects worth billions of dollars across the country. Alongside all this, I'm a Provisional Psychologist honing my skills in understanding and influencing workplace behaviours, nearing completion of a Master's in Organisational Psychology at UQ. I also hold a Bachelor Communications, and I’m certified in public participation through IAP2, Change Management through Prosci, and Prince2 Agile project management.
