About Chloe Collins

As a recent graduate from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, I have a strong passion for theatre and its role in social and educational contexts. I explored various aspects of theatre arts, such as performance, production, and facilitation, and developed skills in research, communication, and creativity. Currently, I am a Cover Supervisor at LW Theatres, where I lead and set up the auditorium staff for their shifts, ensuring quality customer service and experience standards are met. I also deal with any issues that may arise before or during the show, whether that is staff or customer related. I am confident in leading staff through evacuation and lockdown drills and communicating with and supporting the Theatre Managers. Previously, I was a Creative Learning Producer Assistant at Ambassador Theatre Group, where I assisted in the Change the Script Paid Placement Project, which involved training and placing young people in different venues and roles within the theatre industry. Through these experiences, I have gained strong organizational, problem-solving, and flexible skills, and I am interested in more opportunities in community partnerships in a theatre and arts setting.
