My role is two fold, firstly I work to align myself with my clients' needs and ambition in order to understand what a perfect candidate looks like to them - I liaise with the delivery teams to ensure we help to secure the right people to help them move forward, understanding that personality is often a major factor, especially for smaller companies. Secondly I advise companies on topics such as strategic growth, how to attract and retain talent in their space, salary bands, compliance and much more; in both of these roles I am always keen to work in a patient-centric fashion - helping put the right steps (and people) in place to get the medicine to those who need it most. EU representative for TPG Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program and member of the 'Communications' and ERG sub committees. As part of this role I contribute to the wider strategy and implementation of our DEI journey, with a particular focus on 'Communications'.
