I am an experienced Organisational Development professional with a passion for empowering individuals, teams, and organisations to grow and thrive. With a background in HR systems and people development, I combine technical expertise, strategic planning, and a deep commitment to inclusivity and accessibility in everything I do. Currently, as a People Development Adviser at the University of Sheffield, I lead impactful initiatives that drive learning and growth across the organisation. From managing core leadership programmes for senior executives to delivering engaging training on topics like AI, Equality Impact Assessments, and digital accessibility, I thrive on fostering meaningful development opportunities. I’m also proud to leverage my expertise as a Learning Management System (LMS) specialist, where I advise, train, and collaborate with colleagues to maximise its potential and align with strategic objectives. Previously, as a Systems Adviser, I led the successful implementation of the University’s LMS, supporting users and personally training over 70 administrators. My hands-on approach to creating resources, delivering training, and analysing data has consistently informed strategic decision-making and enhanced our development offerings. Currently pursuing an ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, and accredited as a Facet 5 practitioner, I am passionate about using tools like personality profiling and coaching to create tailored and transformative development experiences. For me, it’s all about helping people realise their potential and creating lasting, meaningful change.
