About Chloe Dickenson

I started at Sellick Partnership in August 2021 as a Compliance Co-ordinator, in March 2022 I was promoted to Senior Compliance Co-ordinator, shortly after I was promoted to Compliance Team Leader in September 2022 before my most recent promotion to Compliance Manager in August 2023. My passion for Compliance along with my inclination towards mitigating risk and continuous improvement fuel my professional ambition and motivation. Since joining SP I have been apart of implementing a vast array of new processes, procedures, and systems that have enhanced and streamlined our onboarding process for our temporary candidates. Continuous Improvement is at the heart of what we do to ensure our candidates have a seamless onboarding experience. With 6 years’ experience in Compliance a key part of my role is to mitigate risk for the business and ensure all our temporary candidates are fully compliant with Government, Framework and MSP legislation. I currently sit on the Better Hiring Institution subcommittee for Recruitment. I joined this subcommittee as it is a real driving force around better, faster, and safer hiring. It provides a direct voice for recruiters proposing better ways of hiring to Government Ministers. The BHI is also a key figure behind the digital era of recruitment and making the recruitment process in the UK one of the fastest and inclusive globally.
