About Chloe Fishell

International Educator | IB PYP Teacher | Curriculum Developer for Diverse Learners Advocate for TCKs, MLLs & Inclusive, Inquiry-Based Education I’m a passionate elementary educator with 7 years of teaching experience in both U.S. public schools and international IB PYP settings. My background includes leading inclusive, inquiry-based classrooms, developing curriculum for culturally and linguistically diverse learners, and supporting student growth through positive classroom community and student-led learning. After earning my degree in Elementary Education, I began my career in a high-achieving Florida public school district. Since moving to South Korea, I’ve expanded my skills in curriculum design, teacher leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration. I’ve also served as a Head Teacher and Designated Safeguarding Lead while continuing to grow through my Master’s of Education in Curriculum & Instruction. Teaching Highlights: • Creating inclusive classroom cultures rooted in positive behavior support • Leading inquiry-driven learning shared with families and the wider school community • Integrating technology and cooperative structures to boost engagement • Managing and mentoring a team of 16 teachers while fostering a positive work culture I believe that strong collaboration, student agency, and cultural awareness are the foundations of meaningful learning. I’m always looking to connect with fellow educators and grow in global-minded, student-centered practice.
