About Chloe Goodison

Most of us see a problem in society and think to ourselves,"someone should do something about that." Chloe Goodison saw a problem, designed a solution, implemented it, and has now changed both systems and lives." Hey, I'm Chloe! I'm a B.C. Medal of Good Citizenship recipient and the Founder + Executive Director of NaloxHome Society, a health promotion organization aimed at working in BC secondary schools and community settings to provide peer-led, science-backed workshops about substance use and mental health. I think we can all agree that youth learn best from their peers. I decided to capitalize on that, and train peers to deliver lifesaving drug education and naloxone training in classes. NaloxHome has reached over students in BC, with 90+ youth facilitators. And we're really only getting started. I'm a serial change-maker. Find me in the Boardroom at Port Moody Police Department and Coast Mental Health, coaching on the soccer pitch at Port Moody Soccer Club, or doing homework in the library as I finish my Honours Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, Public Health & Data & Certificate in Innovation & Entrepreneurship all at Simon Fraser University (go Red Leafs!) on Entrance Scholarship. On campus, I’m an Incubator Client with the Chang Institute for Entrepreneurship; Past President of The FentaNIL Project at SFU; and a Health Sciences Peer Mentor. In 2023 I got recognized with the annual Faculty of Health Sciences Award for Outstanding Achievement, and in 2025 I received the Faculty of Health Sciences Award for Outstanding Community Engagement.
