About Chloe Guidry

Chloe Guidry is a master's candidate pursuing a M.S. in Psychology at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She currently works as a graduate research assistant for the Louisiana Center for Health Innovation (LCHI) and has served as the laboratory manager for Dr. Erika Caramillo-Hatch's behavioral neuroscience zebrafish laboratory since Spring 2024. She recently obtained her G.Cert. in Population Health through the University in August 2025. Outside of academia, Chloe works as a trauma center registrar for Lake Charles Memorial Health System, bringing with her multiple years of experience working in a variety of areas within the healthcare industry including applied behavioral health, emergency room admissions, and health information management. She is dual credentialed as a Certified Specialist in Trauma Registries (CSTR) and Abbreviated Injury Scale coding (CAISS), one of less than five individuals in the state of Louisiana to actively possess both certifications. Upon graduating from ULL, Chloe aspires to gain admittance to a doctoral program to earn a Ph.D. and contribute to research on the epidemiology of traumatic injuries such as TBIs, injury prevention initiatives, trauma registries, and improving trauma system accessibility in rural and/or underserved communities.
