About Chloe Harrison

i am a highly motivated geology student in my final year at curtin university, with a strong interest in the mining and resources sector. my academic work has focused on applied geological problem-solving, including field mapping, sedimentology, structural interpretation, and resource system analysis; basin analysis; and the identification of potential for oil and gas, carbon capture and storage (ccs), geothermal energy, and emerging resources. alongside my studies, i have developed strong leadership, communication, and operational skills through several years of experience with bushrangers wa as both a cadet and instructor. in this role, i planned and delivered outdoor and environmental programs, led teams in field settings, managed risk and safety, and supported conservation activities within dbca-managed areas. these experiences strengthened my ability to work effectively in remote and team-based environments while maintaining high safety and organisational standards. i am particularly interested in graduate and vacation programs that allow me to apply my technical skills, field experience, and strong work ethic to real-world geological and resource projects. i thrive in hands-on, team-oriented environments and am eager to continue building a career that contributes to responsible resource development and environmental stewardship.
