About Chloe Heller

Includer | Maximizer | Futuristic | Positivity | WOO As someone who has always had the desire to know people and notice the individuality others bring to a group, I have always been described as a welcoming, passionate person. I have an underlying drive to take a pre-existing skill and work at it or dream about it until it is the best it can be. My communication skills and strategic outlook help me be able to turn my environment or workplace into an inclusive and productive one. These traits are helpful in my current positions and activities of Social Media and Web Intern for New Covenant Community Church and coaching for the CliftonStrengths Institute at UNL. In my internship, I am able to create an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere for the church over multiple social media platforms as well as the website. I am also responsible for creating or collecting my own content which has pushed me to grow my networking and organizational skills. As a student strengths coach, I get to use my own gifts to instill confidence in others. In most coaching sessions, the student already knows these qualities of themselves, but I get to help them see that what they have is a unique strength that they can harness for success. I thrive when I work on a team that centers their work on others. Thinking strategically, fighting for a mission, and getting to know the people around me are all things that I enjoy immensely and desire in the workplace.
