About Chloe Ho

Through the course of my career in transaction services, assurance and accounting advisory, I have had the opportunity to work on a number of buy and sell-side due diligence, vendor support and advisory projects including accounting methodology and control implementation engagements. I bring value to clients by efficiently identifying key value drivers and leveraging data analytics to provide faster and deeper analysis to support their evaluation of the transaction. Having experience in both the deals and assurance practices allows me to provide a different lens into the interplay between a transaction and financial results. I have worked closely with a variety of clients across the spectrum from private to public international companies in a number of industries, as well as domestic, cross-border and global transactions across North and South America and Europe. I am also passionate about leveraging this experience to make a social impact and helping companies focused on impact investing.
