About Chloe Jeffrey

I have been working in the Fitness Industry for the past 3 years in a variety of roles. I started with Fitness First as a Full-Time Member Support Consultant (MSC) which tied in well with my previous experience as a Travel Insurance Consultant. I went into the MSC role already very confident with verbal and written communication skills, however Fitness First provided formal training to hone these skills. My partner and I temporarily relocated to Melbourne in June of 2021 and I transferred from the Fitness First facility in Deakin, ACT to St Kilda, VIC. I very quickly progressed into a Member Support Manager (MSM) role at St Kilda and lead my team to achieving our monthly KPI’s for the months of November and February. Unfortunately, due to our relocation only being temporary, my time as MSM came to an end when my partner and I returned home to Canberra. I am now currently working in a Part-Time capacity as an MSC for Fitness First. During my time with Fitness First I have met many inspiring people, however I am looking for a change of pace. Working in sales over the past 3 years, I have developed exceptional customer service and communication skills as well as gained valuable experience in managing a small team.
