About Chloe Jesson

Experienced executive leader in the community mental health sector, currently serving as Deputy CEO at Queensland Alliance for Mental Health (QAMH). As part of QAMH's executive leadership team, I work alongside our 110+ Members to strengthen mental health support across Queensland. My role combines strategic oversight with practical advocacy, ensuring our Members voices shape policy reform and sector development. I oversee key portfolios including strategic projects, communications, and sector development, focused on building capability within community mental health services and supporting our vital workforce. Drawing on senior leadership experience across mental health, disability, and education sectors, I bring comprehensive understanding of service delivery and sector challenges. Currently undertaking a Masters in Public Policy and serving as Board Director for Qualtime Association and Inspire Youth and Family Services, I contribute both operational expertise and governance oversight to community organisations. I believe in the power of bringing diverse perspectives together to create meaningful change. My leadership centres on building strong teams, nurturing sector relationships, and turning community insights into practical improvements for mental health support in Queensland.
