About Chloe Johnson

As a Business Analyst / Customer Implementation Specialist, I leveraged my skills in process improvement and client relationship management to deliver high-quality solutions for law enforcement agencies. I have over a year of experience in building and configuring custom Axon Records and Standards environments using Axon Form Builder and JSON. I also facilitate discovery, build, test, train, and implementation cycles with clients both on-site and virtually. Additionally, I respond to client blockers with creative solutions, increasing the confidence and efficacy of end-users in Axon products. Prior to joining Axon, I worked as a Recruiter at Indigov, where I developed, implemented, and iterated the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. I executed about 40 new hires in 10 months, ranging in seniority from mid-level to executive-level and across all departments. I also presented consistent data and interview training across the company to all employees, maintaining high visibility into the recruiting process and status at Indigov. I am passionate about delivering exceptional service to hiring managers and hiring teams, consistently achieving the fastest hiring cycles in company history with > 95% retention of new hires across first 12 months. I hold a Teacher's Credential in English and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Westmont College.
