About Chloe Leech

Curious and globally minded, I’m driven by a love of learning, fostering communities, and helping enterprises become more efficient, effective, and future-ready Currently based in London, I bring deep experience in M&A, strategy and operational improvement, having worked across private equity portfolio companies, listed company, and as an advisor with KPMG in New Zealand, Australia, and the Netherlands. At ITG, I partner closely with the CEO and CFO on Group-wide strategic projects (spanning employees), deliver analysis and insights to our Board and investors, and lead the Group’s M&A activity. I dabbled in the world of entrepreneurship, co-founding Pomelo, whereby we saw a gap in the market to ensure employee equity is easy, understood and maximised. Beyond the corporate world, I’ve contributed to the Boards of not-for-profits including South Central Youth (London) and the YWCA (Auckland), reflecting my commitment to purpose-driven leadership and community impact.
