About Chloe Longfellow

I am a creative at heart who has developed a type-A personality when it comes to the workspace. I am passionate about storytelling, mental health, coming up with efficient processes/programs, and employee wellness all while nourishing my creative soul. I started my professional path as a recruiter where I learned how to deal with what some would say is a difficult product; humans. I took that experience with me when I moved to Los Angeles and landed a beloved job within one of the top entertainment marketing agencies in Hollywood. It was there that I was able to flex my creative muscles with one foot in the production world, while still maintaining my care for others with the other foot dipped in human resources. After moving back to the beautiful Pacific Northwest, I took a small detour with a property management company that focused on cultivating community culture in coliving spaces. It was there that I learned how to navigate complex conversations within group settings and further my career within the community-building space. Unfortunately, the company had to shut down but it got me back where my heart lies within the production world with an amazing company at Goodo Studios.
