About Chloe Lopez

During my time at Domino's Pizza and the Bolingbrook Park District, customer service has been the most common task that I have faced. At first, I was very uncomfortable talking with people and my coworkers, but I slowed opened up, and learned how to make some small talk. Customer service also comes with customer concerns which were new for me. At first, it was difficult to handle unhappy customers whether it was their experience on the rock-climbing wall or with their food. Soon, it was easier as my experience grew, and by the end of both my jobs, I was able to always handle almost any concerns or complaints that my customers had for me. During my time at Domino's Pizza, I quickly rose through the ranks of management and completed all of my management training levels within 9 months. While I was a manager, I learned how to work with a team of people that came from all walks of life. Some of my team members were high school and college students, some were single parents and many more kinds of people. This taught me to have great interpersonal skills because different kinds of people will have different experiences of work and opinions, and it takes a manager with strong interpersonal skills to get everyone to work together.
