About Chloe Luck

Leadership development and Empowerment are the keystones of my role. I lead a matrix team in crafting and coordinating global learning programs. With a focus on user experience and content design, my work encompasses engagement with subject matter experts and external vendors to deliver impactful learning solutions. With my experience and creativity in developing training programs, I have successfully offered various initiatives from Data Science Coding for R&D Scientists to global Female Leadership Development. Working at a large scale, I handle complex programmes facilitated by SME’s in order to exceed my goals. In 2024, after negotiating successive budget increases based on a data analysis, I launched 42 cohorts in total when only 20 cohorts were planned across the seven various programmes. I started my career teaching information literacy skills and learning pedagogy in Universities. After transitioning to building accessible Online Learning for a diverse audience, I transitioned to the private sector to experience how Learning operates in a global FTSE 100 company. At AstraZeneca, specifically in the realm of learning technology transformation, has enabled me to leverage my skills in HR business partnering and coaching. Contributing to the redesign of core leadership programs and advising on learner experience optimization are among the key accomplishments that align with my mission to expand learning opportunities for individuals and organizations.
