I am the Talent Acquisition Manager for ONNEC. I have 16 years experience within the Recruitment Industry and I am currently hiring for various staff nationally and internationally. The role of a Talent Acquisition Manager includes developing, planning, managing and overseeing the talent acquisition process and strategies of the organisation. Typical duties included in my role are determining and identifying the company needs, designing and executing employer branding tasks, drafting suitable hiring plans, advertising vacancies, using job boards and other platforms to source candidates, reviewing application forms and CV's, headhunting, interviewing, assisting in onboarding amongst other ad-hoc duties.
