About Chloe Millard

A 2023 Business Management and Legal Studies Graduate at the University of Aberdeen. After graduating I began a two-year rotational graduate scheme with Aker Solutions, during this time the company underwent a Joint Venture, becoming OneSubsea SLB. Here, I gained a variety of skills across Performance & Sustainability, Supply Chain, Finance and lastly finishing in the PMO department. The Graduate Scheme certainly allowed me to develop not only professionally but personally; it was a truly enjoyable experience. Since completing the graduate scheme as of August 2025 I have moved into a Project Coordinator role in our services side of the business, where I am particularly focused on implementing Workbench planner into our Projects team from Supply Chain. Prior to Graduating from Aberdeen University I secured a role with Gobeyond Partners Consultancy firm. With a key eye for market trends, I contributed to developing significant proposals for a Fintech startup during my internship. At In Your Element, Scotland, our marketing and sales efforts thrived with my input on social media strategy and customer relations. My academic journey at the University of Aberdeen solidified my foundation in business and legal principles, equipping me with the analytical and practical skills necessary to excel in today’s ever-evolving business landscape.
