About Chloe Nealgrove

I actually began my career as a hairdresser working as part of a family business. In March 2020 I embraced a new challenge at Quilter starting in the client contact centre where I specialised in assisting customers with pension products. My dedication to the client service led me to Distribution and in October 2022, where I now thrive as a Personal Assistant for the Heads of Sales. In this role I collaborate closely with our senior leadership team and wider Quilter business, contributing to our collective success. As I continue to grow professionally, I am working with a mentor to gain broader exposure within Quilter, laying a solid foundation for my future within the company. Alongside my career, I am deeply committed to the revitalisation of Southampton City,(my new home!) I am actively involved in community projects and volunteer my time to support some of the most vulnerable individuals. My passion for seeing lives transformed is the driving force behind my personal and professional endeavours.
