About Chloe O.

My previous career experience has been within the motor insurance sector; working mostly within motor claims, litigation, injury claims, working for various credit hire organisations and managing general agents. I have always been the type of person who has been reliable for others to turn to for help or advice in both a professional and personal capacity. I have often been appointed to show someone 'how it's done', and my career progression goal was always to work in training, learning and development. Helping someone reach their full potential really gives me a sense of satisfaction. Over years of wanting to progress in various businesses, I finally achieved what I had always aimed for with Creating Change Housing Management, where I now deliver training to our employees as a Training Facilitator & Social Media Co-Ordinator. I'm also currently studying to become a counsellor, and hope to achieve this as my next goal and apply my skills and knowledge to help support those suffering with their mental health and everyday struggles. I am a keen advocate for action on mental health support, promoting and celebrating diversity and a firm believer that everyone has the capacity to change for the better. We all just need the right support in order to flourish.
