I am a soon-to-be freshly-minted Master of Public Policy and Management from the University of Melbourne, committed to supporting vulnerable and marginalized groups through researching, developing, and implementing sound policies and programs. In combining a rigorous academic experience with professional roles in the public and private sector, I have exemplified my keen ability to plan and execute efficient research projects, produce insightful policy analysis, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Recognized for leveraging superb writing and communications skills to synthesize complex information and convey key messages, I have a verifiable history of professional success as an intern, student, and worker. Professional focal points include research methodologies, literature review, data/policy analysis, regulatory compliance, project planning/management, resource allocation, writing/editing, report development, team training/coaching, cross-team collaboration, partnership building, and strategic communications. Currently, I am an Intern with the Australian Institute of Policy and Science (AIPS). Under my leadership, I am researching, developing, and writing an academic article to be published in the organisation’s annual journal (Australian Quarterly); spearheading the comprehensive literature review, data analysis, and writing and editing. I also draft and deliver written agendas, take minutes during sub-committee meetings, and coordinate with teams to plan and execute a range of projects and initiatives in support of the organisation’s mission and goals.
