Hi everyone, I’m Chloe – so lovely to meet you! I'm a dental business leader and client experience obsessive who is the General Manager at Stella Dental, where I’ve helped scale our group to multiple high-performing private clinics across the UK, with ambitious plans for further growth. With a background as a dental nurse, I bring a patient-first perspective into every decision I make- from how a new lead is followed up, to how we create unforgettable moments in the chair and online. I’ve built and led remote client experience teams, designed end-to-end treatment pipelines, and introduced revenue-driving systems that have taken us from startup to multi-million-pound operations. I believe in combining outstanding clinical care with world-class service- and doing it at scale. I’m also the founder of The Dental Girls Society, a growing community and content brand dedicated to empowering women across all roles in dentistry. We’re building something exciting: part sisterhood, part self-development platform, and fully focused on helping women grow confident, happy, and successful careers in dentistry. ‍ My key focuses- Scaling private dental practices to 7-figure turnovers - Building high-converting client journeys from first click to treatment finish - Leading with empathy, structure, and clarity - Coaching, developing, and uplifting women in dentistry - Creating playbooks and growth systems that work for real people Currently expanding our footprint at Stella Dental and launching new initiatives with The Dental Girls Society.
