About Chloe Riley

Ever since I was old enough to work, I have pursued a career in the sport industry. Throughout my work experience in the sport industry, I have learned time management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.I started at Sampson County Parks and Recreation, working with children ages 4-12. It seemed we did everything from keeping score to participating in practices. After completing high school, I became involved in Campus Recreation programs at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and North Carolina State University. I began as a futsal and kickball official and worked my way up to the supervisor position. As a supervisor, I have dealt with disgruntled participants and hazardous conditions. These challenging issues have taught me how to be a great risk manager.In August of 2021, I concluded my studies at North Carolina State University with my Bachelor of Science in Sport Management. In the Summer of 2021, I worked as a Stadium Operations Intern with the Pensacola Blue Wahoos. My love for the sport industry and baseball, in particular, solidified during that time. Immediately following, I began working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of South Carolina while completing my Master's of International Hospitality and Tourism Management. I pride myself on being able to lead a group of people to a common goal and reach that goal in a timely manner. I am interested in employment in facility operations, game day operations, and customer service. I am a well-rounded employee who is enthusiastic about finding a career in sport, wherever that may take me.
