About Chloe Serfass

With a passion for creativity and a strong work ethic, I have always been drawn to the innovative side of business. Pursuing a degree in Marketing with a minor in Management has allowed me to channel my creativity while developing practical skills to thrive in these fields. I excel in building strong relationships and using my communication skills to foster connections, achieve goals, and create meaningful experiences. My experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded individual who thrives in both professional and collaborative environments. During the summer, I work at Tiburon Golf Course as a beverage cart attendant and bartender, where I engage with members to ensure their visits are memorable. These conversations have taught me invaluable life lessons and further refined my interpersonal skills. In my sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, I have served as the Apparel Chair for two years. This role has allowed me to combine my creativity and leadership to design merchandise for events, philanthropies, and fundraisers. Collaborating with vendors and other chapters has deepened my appreciation for teamwork and strategic planning. My interests include branding, digital marketing, public relations, event planning, and creative design. While I am still exploring my long-term career path, I am eager to gain hands-on experience through internships and continue to grow as a professional.CliftonStrengths: Positivity | Woo | Communication | Competition | Belief
