About Chloe Suzuki

I am an Organizational Development and People Operations Specialist at Envision RPO leading employee development, relations, and retention initiatives from onboarding and throughout their time at the company. I am also involved in internal talent acquisition, responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, management, and coordinating interviews. I also supporting other aspects of the business, including BtoB sales, marketing, internal communications, and event planning. Envision is the preeminent provider of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services in Japan. Our integrated approach to hiring enables our clients to reach unsurpassed levels of recruitment success-in both candidate quality and cost-efficiency. Prior to Envision, I taught English as an Assistant Language Teacher at public schools in Japan. I received my B.A. in psychology, minors in Japanese and cognitive science, and pre-med certificate from Georgetown University. I am passionate about cross-cultural communication and interdisciplinary collaboration. In my free time I enjoy traveling and eating my way around new neighborhoods. Looking forward to connecting!
