I am the Group Claims Manager at ProRisk Underwriting Agency in Melbourne. I lead an award winning team of curious, committed, kind and proactive claims professionals who pride themselves on delivering an exemplary, compliant and high quality claims service to our insureds and brokers. I work closely with the underwriting team with respect to product development and managing risk, enabling a wholistic approach to underwriting and claims management. Combined with our purpose built claims and underwriting systems, we utilise technology and our amazing people to their fullest effect. My claim portfolio consists of larger litigated claims within the Financial Lines and Casualty spaces. Drawing upon my vast litigation experience in private practice across Australia and the UK, my strategic input into claims ensures the best outcome for both the insured and the insurer. I am a people person and invest heavily in all key relationships so that they remain strong and buoyant. In 2022 I was named by Insurance Business Australia as a winner in the Elite Women awards - an achievement I am extremely proud of.
