About Chloe Turner

I joined Kent Police in May 2018 as a call taker quickly expanding my skill set to become a coach and learning the Dispatch and Admin Skills. In July 2020 I was accepted onto the Leadership Development Programme and began stepping up as a supervisor and line managing staff. More recently in September 2022 I have achieved a secondment as a team leader where I now manage a small team and support my staffs development. I am a firm believer that professional curiosity should be nurtured and that staff should be encouraged to seek opportunities in their careers which will help empower them to continue their own development. Previously I studied a level 3 extended diploma in Equine Management at Hadlow College and proceeded to work in the Equine Industry on riding schools and private livery yards helping with the day to day care with the animals and preparing horses for sales. Although this is no longer a line of employment for me it remains a hobby as I own two horses.
