About Chloe Tyers

After graduating high school in 2017, I pursued a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Marketing. Like many students fresh out of school, I had an idea of possible future career pathways but lacked specific direction as to what industry I wanted to enter into. That was until I discovered Sport Administration as an option. The opportunity to incorporate my interest in business, with my deep-rooted appreciation for sport, was highly attractive. With that in mind, in 2019 I took the first steps in my journey into the sporting industry, and undertook the Diploma of Sport Coaching and Development at the Carlton College of Sport. The experience of being immersed within the sporting environment of the Carlton Football Club cemented my interest in pursuing a career within the administration field of sport. In 2020, I was privileged enough to obtain a graduate role at the Carlton Football Club through their Carlton College of Sport program as the Administration and Operations Coordinator. Within this position I have had significant involvement in coordinating the application and enrolment process of students, organising events such as student orientation days, transitioning students onto our computer systems, and managing general administrative work. Wanting to further my personal development, I have since returned to my studies this year, continuing with my Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in both Marketing and Management. I am thrilled to continue developing my skills through both my education and my current employment, and to utilise these as a foundation for growth and apply these towards my future career success.
