About Chloe Vaziri

Chloe has been Head of CAMHS in Goodall Division since 2021. She has managerial responsibility for the effective operational running of teams that span five London boroughs, including two CAMHS inpatient units. Prior to joining CNWL in 2010, Chloe held positions in clinical/operational roles in the not for profit and private sectors. She has worked in various roles within CNWL including in Quality Governance and Clinical Effectiveness, Programme Management and Business Development. Part of the Kings Fund Top Managers programme (TMP44), Chloe is an advocate for compassionate, inclusive and collaborative leadership as an essential requirement to deliver the highest quality care. Chloe studied Psychology to post graduate level graduating with an MSc from the University of Liverpool. She is interested in how we can create cultures in which staff can thrive in the health and care system. CNWL is one of the largest non-acute trusts in the UK, caring for people with a wide range of physical and mental health needs. They employ approximately staff who provide healthcare to a third of London's population. Within specialist London CAMHS we have more than 400 members of staff. •As an astute commercial manager developed proposals that have won funding through open competition totalling in excess of £10m • Established teams which have reduced the number of admissions to hospital •Managed the programme of works across our community health services (across the North Central London STP), in response to the Covid-19 pandemic: o Set-up of one of London’s largest vaccination centres o Worked with the North Central London Primary Care networks and Local Authority, to ensure that successful roll out of covid-19 vaccination programme to more than 20 care/residential homes and upward of 1200 housebound patients within 8 weeks o Working with partner providers and commissioners to develop a model of care increasing bed capacity by 20% and developing the discharge pathway across multiple providers across the North Central London STP • Finalist in the 2024 & 2019 Health Service Journal’s Value Awards • Successfully managed a major organisational turnaround programme to create sustainable compliance with Care Quality Commission core standards and removal of the warning notices imposed by the CQC to a service which now meets the CQC essential standards
