Scheduling & Preparing the candidates for telephonic, Face 2 Face & Video Conference interviews • Salary negotiation & bridging the gap between client and candidate to meet closures. Maintained weekly, and monthly Reports. Methods to Find Profiles: Using Social Networking Sites (LinkedIn) Through Job portals like Seek, Naukri, Database, Hardcore referencing, Screening from job portals, Cold Calling, Job postings on portals, Mass mailing, through group search, Personal networking, and Job Posting.
