As an Insurance Advisor at TD, I help customers find the best insurance solutions for their needs and goals. I use my strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships. I also leverage my project management certification and experience to plan and execute various initiatives to increase sales, retention, and customer satisfaction. Before joining TD, I worked as a pharmaceutical marketing professional for Kena Roots, a company that specializes in natural and science-based products. I started as a medical sales representative, where I promoted and sold the products to key customers and opinion leaders in the local scientific community. I then became a team supervisor and a project manager, leading and coaching the sales team to launch two major product portfolios in Eastern Algeria. I successfully delivered the projects on time and within budget, achieving significant growth in market share and revenue.
