I am the Chief Culture and Capability Officer at Mirvac, one of Australia's largest and most respected property groups. My portfolio includes accountability for: Human Resources, Sustainability, Health & Safety and Innovation. I have demonstrated experience leading a diverse portfolio at an executive level and have held senior HR executive and consulting roles in medium and large scale organisations, including: Stockland; EY and Capgemini. I have deep experience in human resource management, culture development, leadership and talent development, sustainability, HSE, innovation, change management and facilitation. I bring a proven ability to work at both a strategic and operational level with a track record of partnering with executives and Boards to align people, capabilities and culture to achieve business strategies, goals and purpose. I'm known for my commercial and pragmatic perspective on people, culture and transformation. I posses strong consulting experience managing large and diverse transformation programs impacting multiple stakeholders, businesses, geographic regions, processes and systems, with an earned reputation for consistently delivering through to completion. My recent roles and consulting assignments have provided me with strong exposure and experience across a range of industries, including: property, financial services; public health; government; and mining. International experience as Stockland's Head of HR and Corporate Affairs in London for two years.
