With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a seasoned and certified Chief Engineer who leads the engineering department at Moxy by Marriott at Suburban Capital, a modern and stylish hotel that offers a unique and playful experience to travelers. My core competencies include plumbing, HVAC, electrical wiring, construction, and energy, as well as relevant certifications from EPA and AHLA. In my current role, I supervise the implementation of all preventive maintenance and repairs, monitor life safety systems and utilities, and manage engineering related capital projects. I also champion the use of alternative energy sources and green solutions to reduce environmental impact and enhance efficiency. My goal is to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our guests and associates, while protecting the assets and reputation of our hotel. I am passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining optimal facility performance.
