I have over 30 years of experience in managed care and health plan operations and a MBA in Healthcare Management. I recently led the network contracting, provider relations, payment integrity, and claims operations for the Scripps Health Plan Services (SHPS), a division that provides health plan administration and management services to employers and individuals. My core competencies include claim and network operations, vendor relations, and process improvement, which I use to enhance the performance, efficiency, and quality of network and payment services. I also manage the budgets and forecasts, ensure the business continuity and compliance, and develop and retain the talent. My mission is to deliver exceptional service and value to providers, members, and clients.
