About Chris Bacon

As the co-founder and CEO of Komodo, I have been leading the development and delivery of a complete, wrap-around software and service solution that enables schools to build the best wellbeing strategies, measure their effectiveness, and create the best possible environment for students. With over 5.5 years of experience in this role, I have been passionate about empowering educators, students, and parents to improve their mental and physical health, performance, and resilience. My background in sport science, wellness, and education has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to design and implement evidence-based interventions, assessments, and feedback mechanisms that are tailored to the needs and goals of each school community. I have also leveraged my communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers, as well as to pitch, secure, and manage multiple contracts and grants. Additionally, I have demonstrated my leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation skills by building and managing a diverse and talented team, creating and executing a strategic vision, and adapting to changing market and customer demands.
