I started Eastbrook Construction with the customer’s experience at the forefront of everything we do. We utilize various technologies and an organized project management system to offer the best customer experience for the association’s board, Community Manager, and the individual unit owners. We are an honest group and appreciate the art of candor and accountability. With 20 years of experience in construction and the CD Industry wearing various hats (Building Envelope Consultant, Expert Witness, Consulting Services Manager, Third Party Inspector, and Certified General Contractor) I know that I care more than many other general contractors because I have been on the other side many times. Because of this, I am personally involved in everything we do. Eastbrook Construction specializes in the exterior restoration of townhomes and condominiums. We provide high quality workmanship through a professional and pragmatic approach to construction management. We have the experience and knowledge to evaluate and repair building envelope challenges through the development of practical solutions. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and apply a high level of optimization and efficiency to complex processes and analysis involved in construction projects. My involvement with hundreds of projects throughout the United States has enabled me to work in multiple disciplinary teams. I am really good at obtaining the information required to assess and interpret project data that is critical to developing solutions for the integration of building systems, people, equipment, energy, knowledge, time, and money. As the Owner of Eastbrook Construction, I oversee all aspects of the company including business development strategy and growth goals, maintain and grow industry relationships and brand awareness, lead job interviews, negotiate contracts with prospective clients, oversee the estimating and buyout process, supervise project site mockups and the launch of quality control. I work hard on employee motivation and productivity management. I evaluate and improve financial performance on the project level and the company level but it's truly not about the money for me. You can make money doing so many things, but adding real value to someone's life by repairing their biggest investment is both empowering and humbling at the same time. Plus we have a lot of fun doing it.
