In my current role, I manage a high-value asset portfolio, directing new leasing opportunities and maximizing ROI for Booster's 40 office locations. I also negotiate and execute commercial lease agreements, strategically expanding Booster's national real estate footprint. Additionally, I manage Virtue Village's sqft co-work operations, generating $1.3m in annual revenue. I lead the analysis, design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of various facets of national site operations, using data analysis and industry best practices.
