Contract Negotiation & Implementation I have successfully negotiate multi-million pound contracts in multiple industries. Most recently successfully negotiation asset financing within the energy sector by implementing innovative solutions to reduce risk for the funders and in turn reduce costs for the customers. Business Growth Business growth is in my blood – it’s what I do for fun. I have worked in sales and marketing for over 30 years and have never stopped learning, developing and honing my skills. I have written many articles and training programmes on the subject. Interpersonal Skills I have a high level of skill communicating and dealing with people in managerial, presentation and sales roles. I am a keen motivator and team player. Management Skills I have managed people throughout the majority of my working life. I believe in a motivational approach to management, with clear objectives for staff and measurable results that allow personnel to clearly understand their achievements against expected targets. Customer Facing I have a keen understanding of the paramount importance of customer service and support having spent the last 26 years in a combination of Corporate Management, Sales, Marketing and Support roles – including building an entire company customer base from scratch.
